Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
* No-show appointments (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
